By accessing or using OrderPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OrderPulse is an order tracking and inventory management service that allows users to:

• Connect email accounts to automatically detect and track orders
• Monitor shipment status from major carriers
• Track sealed Pokémon product inventory and market prices
• Receive order status notifications via Discord

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service beyond normal use

5. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize OrderPulse to read emails for the purpose of detecting order confirmations and shipping updates. We only access emails matching order-related patterns. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Pricing and Payment

OrderPulse is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable advance notice to existing users.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of order data extracted from emails
• The accuracy of market prices fetched from third-party APIs
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That all order confirmations will be successfully detected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrderPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
